Sonia is fluent in English and Spanish, and has undergone extensive training under the renowned California Escrow Institute. Before pivoting her career into escrow services, she was a loan processor for eight years, giving her exceptional insight into every phase of the buying and selling process. In 2019, she launched and managed a boutique escrow office, honing her skills as a transaction coordinator, real estate office manager, REO property manager, and short sale negotiator. Outside of work, she can be found watching the Dodgers game and spending quality time with her family.
Julie McKnight
Operations Manager
Julie brings 25 years of escrow experience, 20 of those years has been in escrow management. Julie’s passion for escrow has led her to train her staff to provide a professional, pleasurable, and positive escrow experience. She has handled many different types of transactions including resale, refinance,1031 exchange, new construction and commercial. Julie is a mother of 4 grown children and 1 granddaughter. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family and being a Grandma to her 9-year-old Granddaughter Elsie.

Jackelyn has been in the real estate industry since 2004. From TC, RE Assistant, Loan Signing Agent to the Escrow World. During her free time she enjoys family time! She has been married for 23 years and is a Mother of 2 beautiful girls. She takes pride in all she does and likes to live life one day at a time without looking back. Jackelyn is ready to go above and beyond for your escrow needs, She is bilingual in spanish & english.
